PMI's Automated Hydraulic Pressure Leak Tester provides precise pressure generation and control from atmospheric pressure up to 60,000 psi. The system is fully automated and controlled by an integrated microprocessor. The system allows users to define multiple target pressures, holding times, and pressurization rates. The system can be integrated into an existing testing system or operated independently as a standalone unit.

  • A highly accurate pressure transducer monitors system pressure and provides feedback. The system supports multiple user-defined target pressures, dwell times, holding times, and pressurization rates.
  • A multi-level fail-safe protection system prevents over-pressurization.
  • Windows-based software manages system control, measurement, data acquisition, and report generation; manual control is also available.
  • Compatible with Windows XP or later operating systems.
  • A real-time graphical interface displays testing status and results throughout operation.
  • Multiple pressure outlet ports are available.
  • Automatic pressure generator refill enables continuous operation during high-volume testing.
